We are committed to upholding the rights which our justice system guarantees to individuals. These are fundamental rights which protect us all from governmental abuses of power. We provide specialist advice and assistance to challenge decisions, acts or omissions where they are based on misinterpretations of the law, where there decisions are unfair or where there is an interference with the rights protected by the European Convention on Human Rights.
We deal with a wide range including crime, mental health, prison law and Actions against Public Authorities including the Prison Service or Parole Board.
In particular, our work focuses on assisting individuals to make a real difference. We have particular expertise in Judicial Review cases and in using this important remedy to its fullest potential. We have the specialist knowledge to achieve results in this complex and challenging area of law.
We are able to offer publicly funded services to clients who meet the qualifying criteria for legal aid.
