Lynn has 27 years experience as a lawyer. Her background is as a barrister in commercial Chambers in London and, for several years, a senior lecturer at the Inns of Court School of Law. She is a recognised leader in the field of fraud work and adviser on investigation issues to the Law Society’s national Tax Law Committee.

She has extensive experience in representing businesses to PLC level and individuals who find themselves subject to investigations and prosecutions. She also advises on compliance, particularly Health and Safety and Environmental duties.
