Max Duddles joins the firm as a senior associate, specialising in criminal and mental health. Max previously worked for a Loughborough law firm, where he was head of their criminal and mental health departments. With over 14 years post-qualification experience, he has dealt with an array of cases ranging from speeding offences to RSPCA prosecutions and murder cases. Max said "It is exciting to join a firm recognised nationally by legal 500. I hope to assist in developing the mental health side of the practice further, in particular with regard to people detained against their will in Special Hospitals." Michael Thurston, managing director of Cartwright King said "I am delighted to welcome Max to the firm. We are continually expanding so it is important we grow our ream to be able to service our clients effectively. With his experience, I believe Max can help us develop our mental health department and will be a valuable asset to the firm."
