Leading
Midlands criminal and business defence specialists Cartwright King,
who are top ranked in the region by Legal 500 and Chambers, are
expanding their team in Leicester.
Robert
Gregory is joining the firm as a duty solicitor. Previously at law
firm Dodds & Partners, Robert brings with him a wealth of
experience in criminal representation and joins an established team
in Leicester.
A
second duty solicitor, Louise McGee, will
also be joining the Leicester office. Louise is experienced in her
field, having previously worked for Leicester law firm Sumal Creasey.
Joining
Robert and Louise is Sheetal Patel, who is
a trainee solicitor. A recent law graduate from Nottingham Trent
University and Nottingham Law School, Sheetal has previously
undertaken work experience with Cartwright King.
Richard
Boucher, who heads up the Leicester office
said “I am delighted to have Robert, Louise and Sheetal come on
board. We are continually growing and taking on more cases,
particularly in the criminal and business defence fields, so it is
important that we grow our team to be able to service our clients
effectively. Also, as a firm, we believe it is important to take on
trainees. Whilst many other firms are cutting back on their
placements, we are still supporting young talent, as they make vital
contributions to the team.”
